The Regal Lager Diaper Dekor+ is a hands-free Diaper Pail. Just step on the pedal and drop the dirty diaper. (No complicated twisting and turning necessary). The attractive white design is made of a scratch resistant ABS plastic that can be cleaned with bleach for optimal hygiene. The Diaper Dekor+ is labeled as Dekor, so it can be used as a trash can after its use as a diaper pail. Simply remove the diaper insert to use as a trash can. To change the bag, simply cut off the full bag on the door-mounted cutter, tie it in a knot and dispose. Simply tie a knot at the bottom of the refill, and your next bag is ready. The refill is also easy to replace by sliding the new refill over the refill cartridge.
